Go4Energy combines its potential with Transition Technologies

A common vison of the future of construction, one that combines security, users’ comfort, and energy in a spirit of sustainable development, enabled to tighten the cooperation between Transition Technologies Capital Group and Go4Energy. Go4Energy’s experience gained from various real estate projects, when combined with innovative implementations executed by Transition Technologies in the power and healthcare sectors, made it possible to create a common ground for cooperation that would involve implementation of cutting-edge AI methods for building management.

On July 24th, 2020, a service contract was concluded between Transition Technologies and Go4Energy. The document was signed by the Management Board of Transition Technologies – Advanced Solutions company, Paweł Różacki and Zbigniew Zasieczny, as well as by a member of the Go4Energy Management Board, Piotr Bartkiewicz. This cooperation was a result of finalization of a tender to create a prototypical diagnostic technology within the BMSCare project, conducted by Go4Energy, which main goal is to develop a complex diagnostic environment for building systems in terms of human, environmental, and energy-related comfort.

BMSCare technology brings benefits not only to developers and tenants of the facilities, but also to the environment. It enables the reduction of power consumption and early breakdown detection, which limits running costs, as well as makes the real estate’s carbon footprint significantly smaller.

The execution of this contract is divided into three stages (preparation of the algorithm specifications, preparation of the algorithms, development of the technological prototype), with the works to be completed in February 2022.

Main objectives of this project:

The essential objective of this project is to create an integrated diagnostic environment for remote monitoring and diagnostics of building systems, including solutions for automatic BMS/BEMS/HMS regulation and control. It will be an innovative technology that is not currently available on the market. The objective will be achieved as a result of the planned industrial activities and experimental development in GO4IT Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. company’s department, during the implementation period between 1.09.2019 and 30.06.2022. The goal will be reached owing to EU co-financing of Actions “Research and innovations in companies”, intended for R&D projects of companies from SME sector under Regional Operational Programme of the Masovia province for the period 2014-2020.
